DOMESTIC EXCHANGES 

We are pleased to now offer free domestic (US) exchanges.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order date accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging. 

After processing your exchange request, CAKES body will provide you a free return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, your exchange product will be shipped to you. We’ll waive standard ground shipping fees for exchanges.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date, accompanied by proof of purchase, and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging. 

After processing your return request, CAKES body will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window or the return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment. 

*Handling fees are applied to all domestic returns (US). Returns of 1-2 items are subject to a $4.99 handling fee. All other returns are subject to a handling fee of 10% of the product(s) cost.

After processing, refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your online bank statement.

All returned merchandise is subject to CAKES body’s inspection.

Returns purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.

Items denoted as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange

Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns/exchanges are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
